Scope of Work:
  - Disinfection and Wipe Down of Handrails & Touch Points:
    
      - Thoroughly disinfect and wipe all handrails, stair rails, and any high-touch points such as door handles, light switches, and elevator buttons to ensure cleanliness and reduce the spread of germs.
 
    
   
  - Cleaning of the Lift:
    
      - Clean and disinfect the entire lift, including the walls, buttons, mirrors, and floors. Ensure the lift door tracks are wiped clean and free of dust and debris.
 
    
   
  - Indoor Windows:
    
      - Clean all interior windows, including sills and frames. Use streak-free products to ensure a spotless finish and a clear view.
 
    
   
  - Vacuuming of All Flooring (Including Stairs):
    
      - Vacuum all carpeted areas and staircases to remove dust, dirt, and debris. Pay special attention to corners and edges for a thorough clean.
 
    
   
  - Mopping of All Hard Flooring:
    
      - Mop all hard flooring surfaces such as tiles, wood, and laminate to remove stains, dirt, and spills. Use appropriate cleaning solutions for different types of flooring.
 
    
   
  - Cleaning of Concierge Desk & Reception Areas:
    
      - Wipe down and disinfect the concierge desk, counters, and reception areas. Clean seating and any communal furniture, ensuring the area is tidy and welcoming for residents and guests.
 
    
   
Frequency: This service can be scheduled daily, weekly, or bi-weekly, depending on the requirements of the residential or communal block.
