Terms of service for Domestic Customers:
Clearest Choice Cleaning Ltd will always be fair to our customers, we have set out these simple terms of service below to protect us as a business; by using, booking or verbally agreeing to use our services you agree to our terms and conditions and are legally bound by this contract. You agree you have read these terms and conditions prior to us cleaning and you will respect them during your custom.
1) All our work is completed with the highest quality, however if you encounter any issues, please contact us within 24 hours and we will endeavour to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
2) We require 1 months’ notice to cancel our services from the date we are informed because we must book the timeslots with our cleaners, cancelation before this timeframe will incur the full cost of the next month from that date
3) We will not accept any doorstep cancellation.
4) We require 14 days’ notice to postpone a regular clean. This is not a cancellation service, but an agreed break for holidays or business requirements. Once this break is finished, we will continue as normal.
5) Please keep all animals and children supervised for the duration of our visit.
6) All our staff are trained to work safely, please do not ask them to do anything that is unsafe.
7) Our staff endeavour to work to a high quality however please do not ask them to preform cleaning or otherwise duties externally or additionally to the agreed upon specifications of the cleaning role they’re preforming please contact us on 07508727054 to expand their responsibilities if needed.
8) Clearest Choice Cleaning Ltd will not be held responsible for any damage made prior to the clearing of your property, we are fully insured and in the unlikely event something becomes damaged throughout the clean we will inform you of this and seek to rectify the problem.
9) We do not accept liability for damage caused by decorative or structural defects or conditions at your property/premises, unless we are specifically contracted to resolve that specific issue and throughout us resolving it, it becomes more damaged.
10) Payment is due within 7 days of the day of our clean unless otherwise agreed, any payment not made within 7 days of our clean will become overdue and additional charges may apply
11) It is the customers duty to inform us of any specific cleaning requirements for example any skin sensitivities/ allergies/ covid which would require us to clean in a specific way and to take precautions before commencement of the clean.
12) We will provide all our own cleaning chemicals, and our cleaners will not use yours, this is because of COSHH, health and safety, training to ensure that the clean is preformed correctly and safely, contact us for more details if you require specific chemicals or products to be used.
13) We will send you a specification sheet of the agreed clean at a minimum of 24 hours before the commencement of the clean by standard. Anything outside of this will not be included in the clean please contact us before the clean to discuss this if there is any concerns.

We have an insurance policy covering employer and public liability to the value of £2,000,000 which is the maximum any claim can be, if this is not appropriate for you, contact us we may be able to increase it, however all costs will be passed on.
9) We do not accept liability for damage caused by decorative or structural defects or conditions at your property/premises, unless we are specifically contracted to resolve that specific issue and throughout us resolving it, it becomes more damaged.
10) For regular commercial customers we offer payment for that calendar month and is due from the 25th when we will send you an invoice and payable any time before the final day of that calendar month anything after this will become overdue and additional charges may apply. If for any reason the customer defaults on payment Clearest Choice Cleaning LTD reserves the right to seek payment by legal means. All costs will be payable by defaulting customer. Payments may not be with-held as a means of negotiation regarding a conflict between parties.
11) One off business cleans, deep cleans or builders cleans for non-regular clean customers are due for payment 7 days after the clean has been completed. Anything past this date will become overdue and additional charges may apply. If for any reason the customer defaults on payment Clearest Choice Cleaning LTD reserves the right to seek payment by legal means. All costs will be payable by defaulting customer. Payments may not be with-held as a means of negotiation regarding a conflict between parties.

14) If you require us to use any specialist equipment or materials that you want to provide, please contact us 48hours before the clean is due so we can look at risk assessments if needed and if it is possible, we also won’t be liable for any damage to the equipment before we start work or during the work as you will be responsible for any general maintenance of your equipment. We will only cover damage incurred if this was due to accidents or misuse

16) All our staff have undergone DBS checks, and we’re fully insured, you are responsible for providing us a set of keys at you’re cost, and every set will be returned to you if you cancel our service. For security we will not label the keys but use a random 3-digit number for us to identify, and we will take full responsibility of the security of these, if in the unlikely event they are lost we will immediately inform you and we will cover associated costs. We will also need the alarm codes/fobs prior to us arriving to clean your property if you require us to clean after business hours have closed the building. Aswell our staff are responsible for keeping your site locked throughout the clean and when they leave, however if you have staff enter the building during/after who enter using their own keys who don’t lock it behind them, we cannot be held responsible for this.
17) We will not allow anyone into the building during the clean. we have a policy that if they can't let themselves in with their own keys, they can't come in. this is for security reasons and safety of own cleaners and you’re building. regardless of if they turn up in uniform or the cleaner knows them as an employee.
18) In most commercial properties we require a cleaning cupboard or location suitable for storage of our cleaning products and supplies. These are property of Clearest Choice Cleaning and not be used by any party other than our own cleaners. Any damage or cost associated with replacement or maintenance, or loss due to being misused, damaged or used by any other parties will be charged to your business. The location of where the cupboard will be discussed beforehand during, you’re clean and specified on the job spec sheet.
19) We have risk assessments and method statements for completion of every job we do, if you would like to receive a copy of this please contact us.
20) Please ensure we can park on site. If the site has AMPR please ensure we are aware of this before the clean and that if we are to park on site that vehicle we will inform you 24hours before the clean the licence plate number so you can get it added to the whitelist, you will be responsible for making sure we do not get a ticket for parking whilst working on site. if we cannot park on site, if parking is legal on the road directly outside, we can use that. if there is paid parking which we are required to use, this will be added onto you’re bill at the end of the calendar month and will be discussed with you during your Free quote and specified on your quote.
21) We will not randomly up prices on you as a customer, yearly we review our prices in April with the rising costs of inflation, wages, insurance and other costs. we will aim to not increase prices where possible however if needed we will inform you of the price change 30 days before the change happens and you have a right to decline this by contacting us, however this may lead to us needing to terminate the contract with the same 1 month notice period still priced at the old pricing as a new price hadn’t been agreed.
